Transforming Emotion through Embodiment - Barcelona, Spain on June 25-27 2010

This course is open to all, working with the three Yin channels to show how to liberate and transform stuck energy and unfinished emotion.

En este taller, se hará una introducción a los principios fundamentales del Movement Shiatsu como camino a la auto-transformación y la liberación de las emociones. Si realmente puedes encarnar tus propias emociones y energía, la calidad de tus shiatsus, contacto y relaciones serán más profundas y sanadoras.

The Voice: 30 October - 1st November 2010 in Barcelona, Spain

This course is open to all. This workshop explores the voice. To the Tibetans, the Voice is exactly the same as Energy. To Roy Hart it was the muscle of the soul. To the Chinese it is the sound of the Qi.

By Exploring our voice we explore the limits of our self. By developing the muscles which free and strengthen the voice, we develop our ability to project our energy and to make warm contact with other people.

The workshop will also show how to do bodywork with with the neck, the throat and the structures for breathing. It will also explore how to work with posture to liberate the voice.

This residential is open anyone and will be a self-exploration workshop as well as showing techniques to work with clients.

It will cover:

• Experience of Central Channel support and developing the axial core
• Developing personal vision and focusing life energy towards it
• Developing the ability to channel emotions without suppressing them
